TERMS OF SALE AND USE

1. Authorship and Copyright
All works offered are original creations by Mariano E. Rodríguez, protected under national and international intellectual property laws. Purchase of a work grants the buyer a limited commercial use license, non-exclusive and non-transferable, allowing its use in editorial, advertising, print, or product-related contexts, without altering the work or claiming authorship. Proper credit must be given whenever the work is used publicly.
2. Commercial License
The commercial license permits the buyer to: Print, reproduce, or incorporate the artwork into physical products. Use it on digital platforms, social networks, marketing campaigns, or editorial materials. Commercialize printed derivatives that include the full, unaltered artwork. The following are not permitted: Resale or redistribution of the original digital file. Significant modification without prior written consent. Use in defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate contexts that compromise the artistic integrity of the author.
3. Format and Quality
Digital works are delivered in high-resolution format (minimum 300 DPI) as JPG, PNG, or TIFF, as agreed. For professional prints, museum-grade framing is available, using acid-free materials, optional anti-reflective glass, and mounting that meets museum conservation standards
4. Delivery
Digital works: will be delivered via email or secure download link within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Printed/framed works: delivery time will be coordinated individually, considering printing, framing, and logistics.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for physical works (printed or framed) are borne by the buyer, who may choose the shipping method. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included.
6. Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD). Artwork pricing varies depending on format: digital, printed, or framed. Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, International bank transfer. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees related to currency conversion or transaction charges.
7. Certificate of Authenticity
Each artwork includes a Digital Certificate of Authenticity signed by Mariano E. Rodríguez. For physical works, a printed, hand-signed certificate can be included upon request.
